Make a Payment

Our online payment system is hosted securely by Authorize.net.

Instructions:

Click the following Make A Payment button.
 

Enter the amount you will be paying and enter the security code from that screen, then click the "Continue" button.

On the next payment screen:

Enter the Patient Name in the PO Number Field
Use the Shipping Information fields to fill out Patient Information if it is different from the Billing Information.
