Personal Information

While in PT school I realized a successful physical therapist treats not only the current injury, but also its underlying causes. This has led me to study a wide variety of manual, exercise and movement re-education techniques and this allows me to customize my care to each patient.

Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska I have a long history with the cold weather sports of nordic, alpine and telemark skiing, as well as ice skating. Other recreational pursuits I enjoy include, hiking and backpacking, yoga, road biking, rollerblading and gardening.

I thoroughly enjoy my volunteer work with the Seattle Public Schools.

I am a co-owner of Sound Physical Therapy.
