Personal Information

Alex has spent most of his life in Tampa, Florida where he earned his Bachelors of Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and later his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2025. He and his wife decided it was time for a change and moved to Seattle April 2026. Alex has spent most of his career treating outpatient orthopedics with experience working with post-operative patients in an acute setting. Outside of the clinic Alex loves spending time with his wife and dog, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and playing basketball. 

Philosophy of Care

Alex is dedicated to offering evidence-based, personalized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their unique goals. Alex feels that progressive resistance, with manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular reeducation as adjuncts, is the best path to addressing injuries and chronic pain and helping patients get back to feeling like the best version of themselves.
